The buds also do not connect properly with any other devices I own other than my iPhone 6s, not my Mac, not my Ipad, not my Kindle Fire, absolutely nothing else. These earbuds obviously aren't 'noise-canceling', I can hear the damn underground trains while wearing them. The 'bass' the buds are supposed to have is quieter than the vocals of any given song I play. The volume is terrible, I have to turn the volume all the way up and mess around with Spotify's equalizer just to hear my music clearly enough. The one major problem is the sound from the earbuds cuts off for short amounts of time while I'm walking, once cutting off for nearly 2 minutes before I could hear anything again.
